Cotswold Clouds Trail

It was a great write-up of the Cotswold Clouds Trail 2020 in Slice 292. Well done indeed to Team Scimitar for the overall teams win with the SS1's.

Really well done to Aaron Haizelden & passenger Ben Glass for the overall win too.

Here's the video that was mentioned in the write-up:

Thanks to Chris Gallacher for getting the write-up in his Rally Round Up.

Glad you liked it Ben - thanks for the feedback!

SS1s are a force to be reckoned with in Classic Trialling and it's a very active scene - or at least, was before the current shutdown. The sport has survived two world wars so it will be back have no doubt.

I try to scan various forums to see what's going on e.g. various groups on Facebook, club forums etc - there's a wealth of grass-roots motorsport out there once you start looking. I knew almost nothing about trialling before I took on the Rally Sec role but it's one of the oldest forms of motorsport. And there's loads of footage out there on YouTube once you start looking.

Well done to all in Team Scimitar for the Clouds result!
