...Glad to see you keeping busy, Dave - it keeps you out of trouble... ...That early TR7 coupe must be a rare item, these days - particularly with the original steels & early trims still in place. I remember the original newspaper advertising for 'em - something about it being a 'bad day for Modena' - (yeah, I bet they were all quaking in their boots... ). I suppose that if you half shut your eyes you could have pretended that you had a Stratos...

Well my Kia went off to we want any car (Good deal really, don't knock it 'til you've tried it :!: ) and I'm now officially middle aged with my Volvo.
Paint wise, the green 5a is now in its new coat of Ford Monza Blue, an Escort Mk1 RS colour and I'll be making the trip south to Woking next week to deliver it back to its owner, and then continuing with a 6B I have in. (Bookings being taken for mid to late summer ATM)

Really pleased with how well it has turned out - looking forward to getting it back next week. Another great job from the look of things Dave!

After deciding against the Lime Green it was a choice between Ford Olympic blue or Monza blue - pleased I went with the Monza blue in the end. It was originally Shetland Blue

Certainly a great choice of colour - it looks fantastic at the moment, so I look forward to seeing it when it's all back together! :D
