Thanks Craig, that's an option that I hadn't remembered. I would far rather use flowcoat than commercial fillers over fibreglass. It's also waterproof, unlike typical fillers.

I never use filler if i can possibly avoid it, only resin tissue or gel/flowcoat as its all designed to work together, adhesion, flex rates etc.

I use Wests epoxy with the slow hardner (fast when colder) Plenty of time to spread and flow with no smell.

thanks for the ideas, what is the optimal thickness for flow coat and any more recommendations of which to use?


Sabre ti ti, SST,se5, GTC, 6b.......
