350 front, 225 rear ish! Just don't let yer front lower wishbones droop below horizontal, chassis end that is. It morphs from "marvellous!" to "messy!" otherwise.😎

B.C. Flatcap spotted!

Oh b!gg!r, hoped I'd get away going to a secret Gloucestershire treasure store without being noticed! Took a welcome day off sanding and filing the Coupe bodywork to get some bling for it. Lovely trip on A roads, just what the 5a was built for. Didn't see any mustard coloured Scims though😉, what you...

Intermittent hard/ soft brake pedal

See if it's pad "knock back" first. There's slight play in the wheel bearings which is desirable and, when slow speed cornering, the wheels and disc push the pads back away from normal resulting in a long pedal during the next application. If that's OK then my next move would be a sticking servo. Be...

Does Run Fast 351 Eventually!

Found the bleddy things, last box I looked in!😬 Freed them up and offered them up to the bonnet but I'll need adapter plates so I'll save making those until I'm fed up o' sanding! So today has been spent gouging out the filler on the offside rear corner where the historic repair section was joined t...

Does Run Fast 351 Eventually!

Spent most of the day finishing laying up all the repairs inside the boot, found the cover for the fuel filler so cleaned, sanded and shaped a wooden prop to restore it's correct contour then did the initial glassing inside. Made two new captive nut struts for the heater. While checking those,I reco...
