It's puzzling, because previous searches have not come up with this ad.
Nice looking car (in 2014) and at a bargain price, it must have sold as you say.

Well spotted - in fact one of my spies sent me the link this afternoon
Looks a bit of a job, I hope someone takes it on.

My computer has just found Erik's contribution, I'll look into that.
Meanwhile by strange coincidence Reinoud Klaarenbeek has sent me a major dossier, first of all to clear up my error in mixing his car DH-96-66 with 17-VX-17.
My excuse is they are both blue
Anyway, we now have definitive data from the dutch registration authority on most dutch Coupés, including two new ones for the list :

56-01-JZ NL mar ’71 no mot NEW

74-78-DJ NL mar ’67 mot aug ’20 axel tenkink

94-88-DG NL jan ’67 mot mar ’21 wim deinum

AE-61-28 UK jan ’70 NL jun ’99 mot jun ’16 marcel kolk

DR-77-72 UK mai ’69 NL avr ’98 mot jul ’19 NEW

FS-95-TB UK mar ’68 NL fév ’80 no mot a vervoort sold ‘95

LV-90-KR UK jun ’67 was JKG 241E NL fév ’85 no mot last owner change ’14 LHD

DR-45-21 UK mar ’68 was MFW 723F NL oct ’97 mot jun ’20 nico van rijn LHD conversion

DZ-31-17 UK jul ’66 was PYY 726D NL mar ’17 mot dec ’19 robert kilian

DH-96-66 UK aug ’67 was GJY 598F chris lloyd NL jul ’94 rob adolfs sold ’08 to reinoud klaarenbeek mot jun ’20

17-VX-17 UK was CBG 565C NL jun ’78 cj braat, alphen-an-der-rijn ’18 victor scheren rescued from garden, in resto no mot

The register is updated but I haven't had time to amend my site yet.
Here are a couple of photos of 17-VX-17, one I had on file for years without being able to identify it and the other supplied by Reinoud as it was last year before the start of a fairly major renovation.
I can also add one car which is not on Reinoud's list :

91-65-BF NL origin LHD ben mulder since ‘83

I haven't made any progress with the Zandvoort car
There are a number of dutch cars without photos, none are ivory/beige - but several have no note of colour.
The registration looks like TC-75-??

At the same time I have found more info and queries on dutch cars

A very similar number to Reinoud's car, and blue metallic, this has an almost full history ...
DM-06-66 chassis 0863 orig lhd NL imported by roel van der wee, colour change black to blue, sold to rob storsbergen owned ten years, vente 7650€ jul ’16 in portugal, now HEI-SE 70H germany

And here's a puzzle, I seem to have mixed two cars again (both red this time)
HFU 244D chassis 0164 exported to holland ’91, sold in pieces ’08-’09
HOO 465B chassis 0007 ogle mini nose exported to holland ’91, sold ’08-’09

I was trying to identify this dutch car, which is a V6 so not either of the above

Any clues?

Isn't HOO chassis 0008? (see this page earlier in thread :) )

Here's one that may be new, photographed in Gloucestershire by Steve Mander.
It could be LNA 755G chassis 0903 dj stewart nuneaton ’80 no colour.
It looks as if it has been used in competition, with wheel arches made for much wider wheels.
Any knowledge of this one Jim?

I’ve not seen it before Chris - some suggestion on fb that it may be on the way to Avon Classics but no comment from Alex?

They look like SE5 flares which were a period mod to accommodate 6" rims and avoid a razor-sharp edge to the arch.. Ask me how I know.
