Quarterlight swap

So having swapped the windy mech over from donor door Ive found out why the window was very stiff, the front channel that appears to be part of the Quarterlight has distorted through rot, how difficult/DIY will it be to swap from donor door

depends on how rotten the fixings and remains of framing are :wink:

Can someone advise the size of window channel velvet covered rubber (SS1) and where best to source from?

club traders will probably have it or "woolies trim". do not lubricate it with such as WD40 - use graphite powder.
