Hi Chris,

Thanks for the update..
At least there is one owner in between, as from 03/01/2012 there was another owner registered, also in Huy, a lady (have her name) who sold it in June or July 2018 to Christian, mainly because she did only 300mls in it in 6 years... (Christian is a Trader) Who put a new complete new ignition on it and sold it straight away for €5700, but...... His client get cold feet/never showed up, and he had to re advertise it..... Not good for sales so it was lowered in time, to the amount mentioned bij Chris..
Prices are not interesting here although.

Since a uk license number showed up, and I know some former owner was a member of the RSSOC would be nicer to learn something more about his British history between 1976 and 30/10/2008

It has some history in this place...

hello Harold,
I have just had a look on Google maps and it shows Hillside Motors still being in business. They show a different telephone number and their website address as hillsidemotors.co.uk (the street view picture seems to be from 2018)

It's great to trace a car's history, I did it with the GTC (thanks in large part to Greig, a previous owner).
My Marcos had a very full history and once belonged to the rather well-known driver Peter Riley.
But I know nothing at all about my Coupé, even the previous owner is the garage I bought it from.
Mind you, I have owned it for most of its life ;-)

I agree, I have done this for several of mine, often aided by previous owners. Sadly more difficult now due to DVLA's stance on GDPR.
