I bought one off eBay that looks identical, to take on holiday. Good pics and video but the waterproof case broke (closing clip snapped after 10 days constant use in and out of the water).

Had a look at a similar more expensive one this morning down at Maplin's, found it couldn't really deal with the dark to light contrasts in today's sunny weather, ok in the shade but in the sunny area everything bleached out, be interesting to see if the Aldi one is any better

The other helmet action cam i have isnt the fastest at responding to dark to light, often worst when the tracks wet and the suns low so you can get a brief 'white-out' whilst its responding. A 300 quid gopro is much better but the vids i take are more for my info seeing my road position, what gear im in, or what i did wrong if i spin/take a trip thru the undergrowth rather than broadcast quality.

Will use it first time in anger at Harewood june 7th so will post vids then :-)
