Congratulations to Paul Tunbull for his maiden overall win in the Swinging Sixties race at Snetterton last weekend. Albeit not in a Scimitar.

spoke to Paul on sunday and he was like a dog with two appendages  even the fact that the water pump cried no more on the grid for the 2nd race didnt dampen his enthusiasm, great achievement 8)
for those that dont know, he was driving his Blackpool scimitar with a chunk of americana under the bonnet

Thanks Tony, Jaki, Roger and Craig......Yes it finally happened, real shame I didn't manage it in the Scimitar, but it had a good weekend too in Trevor Farringtons hands.

3 races and a 6th at Mallory, 2nd after spinning out of the lead at Silverstone, and the win at Snetterton is more than I expected and bodes well for the last race at Donington on Haloween and next season.

A few pics of the new car, a 68 TVR Tuscan V8, with appropriate supporting cast

Awesome stuff Paul, bet the car's well sorted if your other cars are anything to go by. I'll have to keep an eye out on Motors TV for the races
