I have tried again but they are not particularly responsive. Will report back once I do get a response.

As the other thread get your application in now to the organising club. They manage who gets a place but it will help if you join the SSSC championship.

I’m going to try to come on 19 August to meet people and ideally have a look around some of the cars - I’m slowly building an SE5a race car. Would people be amenable to me getting in/around/under their cars please? SE5 types only as that is what I’m building - plus I’m still mentally scarred from spending meant hours late in the evening at race circuits helping Raz try to sort out his SS1....

Ok, so put the Raz experience behind you :)

You would be more than welcome to come and look around. In actual fact of you talk to Richard he'll keep you all day

But the reality is he knows what he is talking about, unlike me who makes it up as I go along :w :w

Just received this from Steve Layton Chairman H&DLCC
"This e-mail is to confirm receipt of your entry for the above event, for which we thank you. There still are plenty of places left so please encourage your colleagues to send in their entries."

So tell anyone still to enter to get on with it!

Scims historically have always been first 3 classes so I'd expect a number below 15 but this is the first time Hagley have ran the event so watch this space.
