Why is the camera always rolling when you get it wrong

I think I hit a few during the day; just not all on the same run

I am playing all the right notes, granted not necessarily in the right order...

We have introduced the kids to the genius that was Morecombe and Wise Craig; and yes it feels just like that when in the car

don't worry, you weren't alone

I fluffed more apexes, gearchanges, and braking points in one event than in a dozen in my previous seasons. Must be getting old... not enough for a bread van, but old nonetheless

Thanks for posting this Craig. It really helps seeing the turn in from both angles, and how settled the car is.

I can see I wasn't taking the same line as Steve L and Trevor through Triangle, maybe turning in a bit late :? I can also see from my inboard (which I'll try and post later) that my lines were slightly out here and there or I braked too early or too late. Whether these faults account for the extra second to John or the three seconds to Trevor and Steve I don't know.

I reckon that my car may be very nearly there, it's just the pilot that's not

I think the spring swapping experiments, and the lower rear end has really helped settle the back end down.

Should I leave it alone now ? :w

I have actually been offered a brand new unused sequential Greddy/Quaife Nissan box, with all the options for a reasonable amount less than the £7,500+vat they are but still not enough pennies in the biscuit tin...

ive just dug out my B&M shifter off batmobile from the mezzanine and will fit over next few nights and try out on my local test track ;-) to see if that's cured the miss-shifts. The box itself seems good as gold, Stews far too picky not to have a perfect one anyway, I just think its the additional crank and funny angle (Tyrone!) that it had to be at to fit so stealthily in the OEM position that was causing issues when shifting at speed. The Lever doesn't pivot about the natural axis point, so you are pulling the lever back when it needs to move up and back in an arc. The shifter on the Sabre is a B&M 8) anyway, albeit with the nicely engineered crank, not the standard cog-stirrer... :barf:

dunno, will report back once ive pulled the cubby box and tested :-)

I will PM my address to anyone that wishes to buy the sequential box for Dark Knight build though, cheques, postal orders, Bankers Drafts etc all accepted
