Thanks for that Steve; makes me feel alot better  I wonder why the crowd stand on that corner.

I don't know about you but I will be taking it very easy on the practice runs; doesn't seem much margin for error

What time are you leaving in the morning :?: 6am ish :?:

I'm getting up at 5am. So hope to leave at around 5:40 ish. Should be there at around 8am.

I'll take the practice runs nice and easy, but it's the last one I'm doing this season, so nothing to lose on the final run ........

my SatNav always tries to take me to the wrong side of the hill - so be sure where you are going chaps as there are a lot of little lanes to get lost .... esp with a trailer in tow

The postcode on the website WR6 6RP, looks to be about 1/2 a mile away from the main entrance. I spent some time this afternoon locating the Shelsley entrance on my satnav and saving it as a favourite. Hopefully I've done it right 8)

I also had a run down the road using Google Street View :D . As you say Steve, you don't want to get it wrong with a trailer on the back.

A last banzai run is known as an S.O.B. run

If you get to top holding paddock with eyes on stalks shakey hands AND shaky legs, itll be a belter 8)

Just returned home; excellent day with warmish dry weather.

Best times below

Steve Cork 37.62
John Louch 36.69
Trevor Shortt 35.06 (twice!)
Steve Oakes 39.95
Craig Hughes 34.43

So well done to CH; you owe us all a beer mate

I had a reasonable day. First time on this hill and as the previous videos show it can catch you out and is much steeper than you think.

I found the bottom section tricky in that the "corners" are very subtle and guarded by banks and unforgiving barriers. Finding the limit of grip in those sections takes some ba**s.

More info and videos and pictures to follow

Unofficially Trevor takes the 25 points if my spreadsheet work is correct.

Nick Hall will confirm later.

If you put it on YouTube, it somehow knows to flip it the other way round.

That's what it did with some of my footage of autotests
