Get yourself a free subscription (print or iPad) at trackdriver.com. They advertise various iPad apps that offer the same. From memory they were a lot cheaper though.

If you search tiniterweb by the circuit you are interested almost all are to be found free.

Theres a link on here somewhere with the speed scene HSA sprints and hills guide, which shows al the venues not in Circuit Guides.

Mark Hales (he of blown 917 engine saga) also wrote monghly guides in CCC mag too which if you cant find on the net, let me know and i will dig out and scan in

The guides are quite good, but primarilly aimed at Racing. The Sprint anf Hillclimb bits are quite short and sometimes a bit dated.

I tend to agree you can get as good for free. Also worth consulting existing Compies. Craig was very helpful re Aintree, Paul Turnbull at Harewood

Ps

As ever, U Tube very helpful

Never try and argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you based on experience.

I have a few of the free guides off the net. Yet to find a Curbs 2 laper if anyone has access to one.

Dad was saying that he was found liable and faces a bill of circa £40k + 8k damages a couple of days ago -suprisingly cheap for a 917 engine really!

Aparently the owner was hopping mad! :drum:

As I understand it, that's only the first downpayment - I think the full amount is something like £120k

curbs didnt used to be in the Circuit Guide anyway, as its not a 'racing' circuit which the guides deisgned for, but a Speed event circuit, different kettle o fish.

The HSA guide on Cur Bog Horror is good though
