Have you got any more photos to show either car?

The file name was an assumption on my part, I hadn't the other for comparison at the time.
The photo is not high definition but here is the middle of the bumper, it looks as if there is something there ...
The coupe with Australian reg is definitely Gary Parnaby's car and as far as I know still in Australia. The photo you show was taken in his garage; I was there the day the photo was taken some years ago. This car is one of two Coupes that were imported into Australia as new cars.

That back view shows the only difference between the two cars, the badges
It can't be a coincidence, one must have copied the other, but why ... ?

Right well that will remain a mystery and two cars on the register.

This, on the other hand, is only one car as far as I can tell and it has two chassis numbers on Matt's list, JBF 407D.
Chassis 0059 or 0096 - I favour 0096 as Matt has no photo of 0059

I have no other details on this one Roy. Latest photo 2017 and as Jim shows, still on the road until 2019 at least.

Great, thanks Roy.
I've removed 59, if anyone finds a car with this chassis number I'll put it back :)
We now have over 500 cars with identified chassis, almost 100 with just reg no and about 30 photos with no identification

I think I have everything on the list up to last night, so here is the latest edition.
As usual, photos are on http://www.scimitarfrance.net/scimitarf ... Coupe.html
but I haven't had time to update that further than recent material provided by the team, one member especially who knows who he is

Just come across a gem, 1980 Coupé register
Haven't had time to study it but already found one lost registration.
Chassis 0063 was CBG 565C and belonged to C Braat in Holland, who presumably re-registered it because it is now 17-VX-17.
It was saved from a garden in poor condition and is now being restored.
No photos unfortunately.

Another one, if this keeps up i'm going to have a lot of work (again).

Chassis 0078 5 FGY belonged to P Young in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex.
Re-registered HON 437D, no news since jan '94, no photo.
