To jump out of sequence I found this on the web, as usual there is no indication of WHEN it was sold, but someone got a bargain.
It was for sale by john ''backpain'' in 2018, could be the same sale.

A very reluctant sale due to health reasons
Many years ago the car was prepaired for a Motorsports company Lansbury and haywood the engine built by scholar blueprinted with big valve heads info from p/owner.
I started its restoration last year by removing its body,the chassis was repaired where nessesary cleaned,painted undercoat and top with Rustoleum.

A pair of s/steel exhausts are fitted made by Langford with 3 branch manifolds.
The rear Spax are new, front in vgc.
Front brakes have new discs ,3 pot recon caliper fitted green stuff pads.

The Girling mk2b was power coated, new seals with band,looks like new and works.
The main brake,clutch cylinders have been cleaned with new seals also the cluch slave has new seals.new brake pipes where needed.
Rear brakes in vgc,a new handbrake cable was fitted

A gearchange bush kit was fitted and overdrive service kit.
The inside of car is standard and in vgc,a kill switch is fitted.

Both heads removed cleaned ,waterways cleaned .The valves are indeed large inlet 44.5 and ex 41,most core plugs changed.
A new oil pump,alloy timing wheel,,alternator,,petrol pump,,High torque starting motor,,water pump,,coil etc
Both bumpers are vgc to mint.
The car was put back together,it was clear the clutch was sticking so i did a road test hopefully to clear it,but i soon noticed the overdrive was not working it maybe linked.it was very difficult to drive so a trailer will be needed to remove.
The carb needs setting up correctly.
Lastly it needs a respray that was last on my list
The car is VHI tax and mot free. location is nr94qt

This two-tone car, by strange coincidence, has just sold for 2559 sterling, another bargain for what is apparently a solid restorable car.
Was with MG Man in South Queensferry, now ... who knows?
LFN 727E chassis no?

hello I bought lfn727e and it is quite solid needing a few chassis repairs so body will be coming off and like the 2 tone paint ps chassis number is 400516 cheers Iain

I've noticed an anomalie in the list, chassis 0134 appears with two different registration numbers and no explanation.
It is KGO 328D according to Matt.
It is a relatively late chassis number for a B registration, I wonder where the reference to BNP 456B came from ...

No photos.
Chassis 0133 is vacant.
As are 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 8)

BNP isn’t on DVLA, could it have been 034?

KGO hasn’t been on the road since 1983 but a V5C was issued in 2000 so it may well still be around.

That's interesting Jim, yes 0034 is a vacant number and would be much more reasonable.
I'll change it, with a question mark.

It would be great to find KGO, unseen since 1976 (and even then no photo) !
