Aye , I knew that from a holiday long ago, but then you wouldn't be sitting with the throttle at same position, unless do all motoring in second :wink:

Second gear is probably the best to use most of the time - either your speed is that slow, it's a hill, or you're trying to overtake a truck.

Certainly is in the hire cars we seem to get. Third gear is usually an ambition.

Hi all.

Just returned from a most enjoyable drive. Started instantly, no stalling today !! Clutch seems better behaved today :D ... still have to fit fuel filter.....

1.1 & 1.3 only (they’re a different length to the 1600)

Something like this

Finis:- 1653888
Engineering number:- 89SM-6268-BC
