Are auto / manual the same ? Cant seem to find reference anywhere...
Are they available new still (Or same as anything else) and are they expensive....If so Ill guestimate my speed below 30

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on the speedo cable front.....
Are auto / manual the same ? Cant seem to find reference anywhere...
Are they available new still (Or same as anything else) and are they expensive....If so Ill guestimate my speed below 30

AFAIK they're the same cable and the gearbox drive gear is different

Auto and manual for a 6 series are not the same - Ford auto box has a different fitting from the manual. I got an auto one from QRG about a year ago, think it was about £20ishif I remember correctly.

you're right, auto is 211918, overdrive is 208767 and the picture on page T9/1 shows totally different end fittings.
