What system are you using Mark? Can you "add files"?

Win 10. Have tried Chrome and IE. I can 'add file' or drag it in but it doesn't seem to stick. Maybe a button is missing?

Mark, Would it be possible to provide a screenprint of your screen, after you've dragged & dropped a photo into the message?

whether you "drag and drop" or "add files", you should get the "filename", "place inline" and "delete file" - you may need to wait a few seconds for the "place inline" to show.

if you do press "place inline" you should get this type of pic

How to upload a picture

Post by ard126k » Sat Aug 26, 2017 6:54 am

I'm not seeing a "place inline" box after I upload a file, just a "delete file" one. Tried with my MacBook (Firefox) and iPad (Safari) What am I not doing right?
Alex.

How long did you wait? It seems to take a little while on some systems for the image to load before the place inline button appears.
