Sabre or Ashley

Seen on Facebook posting, an auction of many classics the blue car in the photo, I think is an Ashley, door hinges and rear side window different to Sabre. But possibly could be a Sabre thats been played with! See link

Also looks like a Gilbern inthe background. I wonder what the faded yellow car next to it is. Just noticed a stag and the XJC in the second row.

Having done a bit of searching on the internet I’m pretty sure it is a Falcon Caribbean. Who’s tempted?

Given the “provenance” of some of the cars for sale, I’d be wary..

Sold for £1300 this morning. On looking up Falcon Caribbean on Google after Chris G had posted I am ashamed I thought it was a Sabre, need to go to Specsavers I think  John

Just checked the price of the cars that others mentioned, the cream GTE auto sold for £1000. The yellow car listed as Avante kit car sold for £1000. and the Stag next to it sold for £4500.

I was there. The 5a was withdrawn, everything else seemed expensive to me. Though I did regrettably buy something non scimitar 🙄
