SABRE SIX FOR SALE

Post by chrisgallacher » Thu Sep 05, 2019 5:21 pm

A rare opportunity with much of the expensive work done? These cars rarely come up and the price sounds attractive if it really is close to completion. A decent write-up would help along with some more photos - e.g. the chassis, quality shots of the interior etc etc.

I don't know any of the details of the car, but known to the club I believe.

SABRE SIX FOR SALE

Post by reliant-reviver » Thu Sep 05, 2019 5:23 pm

Think Josh has been to see it and to my understanding it's not just a straight reassembly job (is it ever?) With various issues to correct and things to fettle.

Still, it seems beggars can't be choosers when it comes to acquiring a Sabre these days!

What's the black market price for a kidney these days? Just wondering

SABRE SIX FOR SALE

That does ring a bell Philip now you mention it. Someone may dig up the link?

If you could do the remaining work yourself for say £3k - or even £5k - and have everything sorted for that then it could stack up in pure financial terms. But as I say I don't know the car so have no idea of the extent of what's required.
