SS1 7"X13" 4x100 ML wheels for sale

Post by Corky » Sat Jan 20, 2018 5:05 pm

I bought these about 12 months ago from RR. They have been fully refurbished and power coated in gunmetal grey. Very rare wheel in this offset and PCD.

I was going to use them on my Sprint car, but have decided to stick with 15" so they are for sale to fund the purchase of some more 15s. I may even consider a swap or PX against some nice 7"x15" ET25-30 4X100 PCD wheels.

They fit nicely over the top of my Wilwood conversion, unlike the 13" steel Wellers that many sprint with.

13"
Offset ET15
7J
PCD 4X100

They should take 185/60/13, 205/60/13 and many other permutations. It'd be worth running any plans via www.willtheyfit.com to check arch clearance.

Just looking to get my money back £350 now £300, no offers

Collection from SK10 or I can arrange shipping at cost.

SS1 7"X13" 4x100 ML wheels for sale

Hello'

I have exactly what you need: 7"x 15" ET37 , 4 x 100 PCD with as good as new tyres P5000 195/50 R 15 82 V. I did about 1000 miles with them on my 1800Ti.
They fit very well, without touching wheel arches or suspensions.

I'm from Belgium, so transport has to be arranged, if interested!

My SS1 1800Ti is converted with vented discs. Do they fit 7'x 13" ?

Regards

J-P Cloots

Thanks for your interest.

Apologies, I should have updated this thread. I’ve already sourced a second set of wheels, so these are now for sale only. I’m no longer looking for a swap or px.

Thanks

Steve

SS1 7"X13" 4x100 ML wheels for sale

Hello
Do have and are you still selling your ss1 wheels?
I bought a ss1 last July and it has failed it's M.O.T due to the wheels being to big.
This is causing rubbing on the back arches and touching lower arms on full lock at the front.
Thanks
Colin.

Yes they're still available, but my not be an ideal choice just to pass an MOT. They're probably more suited to a competition car as they allow for a gearing change with lower RR or fitment of 13" 1B tyres.

You can buy a brand new set of 6.5J 15" wheels that are a perfect fit from around £250 (see eBay or one of the many alloy wheel websites). Stick some 195/50/15 tyres on and you're good to go, and it will probably work out much cheaper in the long run. Or 2nd hand there are used sets from MX5s or E30 BMWs floating around eBay. Or what is the problem with your wheels ? Do they just need a different tyre and a spacer ?

I may have just shot myself in the foot for a sale, but would prefer to be up front

Rear arches can be pulled out with a bit of heat and spacers should stop rubbing on front wheels if you like the wheel?

yup you just shot yourself in the foot, but thank you for being honest and up front with me.
I have 7J x 15 H2 ET25 wheels with 195 x 50 R15 tyres. On full lock they hit the lower arms and anti-roll bar.
I think the problem is the offset? I don't know what the correct offset should be, or even if it should be a positive or negative offset.
So a narrower wheel sounds to me like it's the way forward.
I'm new to all this so thanks for all your help and advice.
Sorry you lost out on a sale.
Cheers Colin.
