overall width will be similar to the essex, but it depends on which inlet we use and where we run the downpipe, but space really doesnt seem to be an issue at the moment. height is ok as we have plans to modify the sump and gain a little more headroom and lower the block in the chassis, hence the unusual drivers side engine mount. all in all its a comfortable fit so far

Another quick update, mostly we have spent every day working on fibreglass repairs, some progress made on pulling the LSD out of the Jaguar casing and dismantling the 4HA. We have even found the colour we want to use.

i was a little peturbed yesterday. I made a lovely case spreader some months ago and it was 1/2" thick flat bar with the turnbuckles you can see in the pic...it wilted before it even moved the case!...so i had no choice but to get all agricultural on it, i just used what we had to hand which happened to be..........the cills from the 5 chassis !!

Turns out the Dana limited slip differential doesnt fit a 4HA so its back to the drawing board and I am looking to buy a Quaife differential.

The Dana LSD does go in the 4HA, that's what most Scims out there use. Have you got the right Jag one?
