Thanks for all the support guys, genuinely appreciated. I came to sprinting very late (50) and I guess I'm just letting enthusiasm get to me. Maybe I need a quicker car so I'm not trying to punish her all the time.

In the mean time

Guys!

I've pondered on the gearbox conundrum and believe i have a viable solution.

Source yourself a nice BW35 and fit that. No gears. No problems.....

As I have said before it is asking a lot of any car to do track work and a decent road mileage. Particularly an old one.

Cheap tow/road car/trailer/modsport is the best route. SS1 are tougher or in Modsport fit any box you like. Once you have the initial cost no more expensive ongoing as no road costs for Modsport.

With a performance like that for the camera, they should give you free entry next year. Are you sure it was 8 timed runs or just retakes?
