CDS Tube for upper wishbones arrived, new rosejoints, and threaded inserts. Some brackets for the splitter mounts, 6mm Cap screws, hoping to get on tomorrow night. Fingers crossed the correct discs arrive before the weekend too

Sabre Turbo racer: 'Light Sabre'

From the proposal that is sketched out in the dust on the windscreen, I'm trying to work out what the original problem was? Something to do with hungry caterpillars maybe?

There are a few removable things welded together, the struts back from the front armature, to the original chassis cross-member might make it all tricky to unbolt in one lump? Might a bolted plate doubled up on the top armature bolt give the same bracing, but with easier servicing?

Plan is all to be removable, from crossmember forwards. Couple of round tubes are to hold from armature br in location. Will have boltable flanges 👍

Flux magnetron or witch-craft, they're all in his tool box.

Half front view of a Lockheed Hercules showing where I travelled when the crew door blew open during a pressurisation test. The wiggly line indicates where I bounced and came to rest. Some compies say the blows sustained during my unauthorised flight accounts for my driving style.😁😎

Flat caps have their uses, Fred Bibnah used his as welding gloves, amongst other`s.
Brian obviously used his as PPE for his bonce, but I don`t think it would be up to PPE at work 1982 regs, especially when bouncing arse over tit out of a plane.
:bh much like this.
Any comment from Steve C on this subject :?:
