Sabre Turbo racer: 'Light Sabre'

Post by CNHSS1 » Sat Jun 29, 2013 6:20 pm

Spent a few hours with Stew B and relieved him of the Sabre turbo he built inc Nissan DET twincam. Had agood catch up witj Stew as weve been mates for about 10 years but lifes got in the way in last couple and not seen much of one another.

Of to Grand Prix tomorrow so cars left on the trailer for now.

List of jobs needed for Loton Park hillclimb in two weeks and then loads of little cosmetic jobs to keep me occupied and potentially a winter respray or vinylwrap.
Looking forward to having a raodgoing small scimitar again and doing the odd event too.

Thanks Stew, nice bit of kit :-)

Tradition has it being a scimitarvthat will be raced, it will need a name, current thinking is

Moody Blue or Drastic Plastic

Jim King told me that you cannot name your own car Craig but I do like drastic plastic. Steve C has christened mine Blue Rinse

Edit

Just found my shortlist and Moody Blue was one of my picks
