[mod note RP] Hi Jim - I've merged your post with the already-existing thread on this topic - worth checking back through it as there are some suggestions that may save you some money if planning to go

We will be going for all 3 days Tickets came yesterday £150 for 2 of us. Exorbitant prices? Yes. But still a brilliant show. It just means we will spend less at the show on bits and pieces. We stay in a hotel and treat the week-end as part of our holiday. Whether I will still do this once I retire who knows.

Still only (!) £12 if you pre-book.

I'll be there tomorrow. You never know, this might be the year that proper classics outnumber moderns.

Had a great day on Friday. Spent a lovely time at the Middlebridge stand chatting with 1 of the displays owners for about 15 minutes clearly addicted to his car and ,maybe I’ll just get on and get 6a started this week after a year

Bloody hell Mike arent you getting arty with your photos??
either that or you haven't sussed the zoom function and can't get the whole car in the frame...
Great work by all the volunteers again this year, sore throats and feet all round no doubt, offset only slightly by caffeine and cake. Great stand as always

And here is said Middlebridge stand. Thanks to all who visited and great to speak to so many current and previous owners. Good also to see Steve's restoration of No.8 which nearly didn't make it. A huge thanks to him for a massive effort to get it to the stand after some last minute issues.
And another couple of shots from the adjacent Daimler/Lanchester and Jaguar Drivers Club stands.

Love that gorgeous white SE5, perfectly set off by the 'PA' wheels - (what mine should look like in an ideal world!
)
I think I will have to hope to win the lottery to get to the NEC show, reading all the comments. Nice piccies, Mike.....
