Creating a wiring diagram

Post by Gillsfan » Thu Aug 01, 2019 12:50 pm

I've been using Peter's excellent wiring diagrams, I even have laminated A3 copied in my garage.

However Rat Rod doesn't match either the 5 wiring or the V6 coupe, its some where inbetween, I've also added and changed some of the wiring. So my question is does anyone know of any software or a website where I could amend one of Peter's diagrams to match Rat Rod?

I can send you the original drawing in BMP I did for the drawings - you can then amend them to suit what you have in your car and the BMP can be turned into a PDF which is a much smaller size without losing quality - A JPG drawing distorts the colours so no use trying to use that format. I did the original drawings in Paint Shop Pro but other drawing packages will probably do the same job. The combined 5 and Coupe BMP drawings add up to 1 gig of memory space - the PDF's add up to 2.5 meg. Or if you send me what you have done marked up on a drawing I can do it for you - - might take me some time to get around to it of course.
