Looks good - English version here

Brilliant move by Ginetta to start a junior series - it’s expanded massively and is what TVR should have done properly when they were top of that low volume pile.

Ginetta are very strong in french GT racing.
One race last year (I forget which circuit) a private GT4 Ginetta won with a (factory GT3?) in second place and loads of rubbish Audis, AMG etc behind.
Their new supercar is impressive, even if it is less pretty than a TVR and les menacing (and 2 million cheaper) than a Vulcan.
Respect !

TVR for the new Griffith is targeting a 90kGBP price and between 500 and 2000 cars to be built (if they manage to start the factory and source all parts...)
This Ginetta will be produced in a very low quantity and costs 300k GBP more! Not easy to compare.
It's interesting to notice that they have developed their own engine. This is audacious or mad. The amount of development to have something reliable and meeting regulations should be huge. Maybe that's why they were unable to hire a proper designer .

Surely they used either "Hot Wheels" or a Lego kit to make up the wind tunnel model?
TVR made their own engine, IIRC, don't think it helped improve sales....

Yes, clearly, TVR own engines have a big responsibility in the company collapse (and they have not done this again with the new one).
That's why I find the choice of Ginetta very surprising. But, maybe on each 400kGBP asked, 50k are provisioned to cover warranties...

Ginetta owner Lawrence Tomlinson also owns Zytek, manufacturer of endurance racing and F1 V8s for many years so they already have an engine production capability. Their road going Ginetta cars have been using zytek engines so not quite the grenade with pin pulled that one would imagine
