Just been to Old Woking, saw two "camouflaged" MacLarens out for a test drive, they were covered in black and white stripes; long gone by the time I could get the phone out to take pictures.

What about this?
Not only did I see it, but had the pleasure of driving it round the South Circular road this afternoon. Pity most of the inner and outer London streets are restricted to 20 mph. I managed to get up into 3rd at least twice!
Almost as good a drive as the Sabre Six, but with softer suspension.

I do like a DB6 :-)

No photos unfortunately but I saw a much more mundane yellow mk2 Cavalier on the A34 Northbound this morning, followed closely by a dilapidated brown 240/260/280Z on a beavertail.

A white Hillman Imp was parked up inside Vector, Fleetlands and outside a house on the main road leading to Fleetlands, was an allegro in Police markings parked next to a Beetle with a "rat" ish paint job.

That's been there some time. Owner hasn't tried it in the River Seine although it is operational.

I've settled on a Reliant Fox for my barge but I'm not attempting to make it float ! Onboard crane will put it ashore !

Derek
Derek, whereabout is it parked in Paris ?
A friend of mine may be interested in talking to the owner ... he has already tried one of those on the River Loire
- and promised to take me for a "drive" afloat someday (!) - and I wonder if he knows about this one ...
That could make a nice article in his classic car magazine 8)
Cheers,
Fred

Pretty sure it's Quai des Tuileries. Certainly not far from there.
