I went faint - cold sweat - felt like throwing up - took a good 20 mins to pass.

Felt like a real girl - but you cant stop a shock reaction - you just have to ride it out till it passes

Havnt lost that much claret since 2004 when I got my helicopter ride to hospital

Anyway - I have the part for a pattern - and just from initial looks - it "appears " to be the same as the SE6>on range

Now available at last :D
Here on ebay; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Front-wiper-w ... 1144599078
or direct; http://www.scimitar-tvrcentre.nl/tvr-15 ... ubber.html
Perhaps we should club together & order a batch so we can at least get the postage down to a reasonable level?

If postage to Germany is nice and cheap, I can get them delivered to me (working here at the moment and have an apartment) and bring them to Curbs for distribution? Failing that - anyone from NL coming to Curbs (maybe even Geert himself?)? Geert-Jan and Trevor tend to make the trip most years?

I'll have 2...as good as my bits of pneumatic hose are!

I'm sure Geert-Jan would do a bulk discount to the Club?

Unless you require rubber for originality reasons stainless tube, cut at an angle & used with a neoprene or nylon washer, is more rigid than rubber. I've made my own but I'm pretty sure Bill Brighton could produce them to order at a similar cost to the rubber ones. Stainless polishes very easily ................. :wink: :wink:

3?? The rear wiper spindle is set at a very different angle compared to the front & is held by a chromed metal bezel like the one I had for sale here;
http://www.scimitarweb.co.uk/sgwrs/view ... 24&t=20641
They are available from a spares shop in Telford & I can pass their details on if you need one.

No doubt I will need some for the Coupe, but money needs to be spent on more vital things right now

Here is the reply from Geert, unfortunately I can't make it to Curbs either :cry: ;
hello mark,

thank you and your co-menbers for showing interest in the wheelbox
bushes i just made. since the summer holidays have ended quite early
in this part of our country and the kids have to be in school shortly
i won't be able to make curborough this year sadly enough. last year
was a real feast and i'd love to come, but will have to pass this
time. sorry. would love to meet you all again.

at the moment i stock the first batch of an odd 30 bushes. at my
website thet retail at € 9.95 vat inclusive. for clubmembers i would
do a 10% discount, selling them for € 9,00 each. signed for postage is
€ 10. handling is free.

let me know how many you want and i will ship them to you so you can
distribute them at curborough.
all the best for now and looking forward to your reply.

p.s. spark plug lead organizers for the rocker covers essex v6 are
being made now and should be ready in numbers by the end of the month.
price is not yet known. C3 auto gearchange selector pivot bushes are
available in small numbers. more to come. these retail at € 23.80/set
of 2, also vat inclusive. again 10% discount to members (on these
items only).

met vriendelijke groet, geert van hout

I'm still up for a pair but I'm only still in Germany till Friday morning so a batch to the UK will probably work best.

Who's placing the order and for how many?? Divvy up the postage across the batch and distribute at Curbs/UK postage on top for those not attending?
