Hello everyone, Looking for a bit of assistance. Had the Webber carb refurbished, put it back on yesterday, started up, but could we get the thing to run correct!! despite a good hour and a half, at tick over, the carb was still hunting, with the revs between 800-1500. Any ideas :?: :?: :?: :?: Also...

Re: GTE/GTC Door Mirror Plinths

Right Guys, If we can cover the cost of the moulds, I can deal directly with Techmould (see there web site). So any one interested in a combined venture? this discussion has been raging for a while as far as I can see, so can we all muster together £640.00 plus vat £128 or can the club take over?? W...

Re: GTC Door Mirror Plinths

So to recap then, Do we think we can get fifty people all willing to part with £20.00 plus vat to get this done?? I don't mind doing the work as I really want a pair for my car, this is unless someone else has done this, can do this cheaper, or can supply me with a pair of tip top ones which I will ...

Re: GTC Door Mirror Plinths

Hi all, Reply received from Tekmold. 1 VAT needs adding to the figures. 2 When the tool is paid for it is your tool ( or whoever paid ) but we normally store them for our customers, however if you want to hold the tool that is fine. 3 The hardness would be more important than the type of compound bu...

GTC Door Mirror Plinths

Good afternoon All, Had a price to re-make the GTC & SE6 door mirror plinths from black rubber using the correct injection moulding, the costs are as below if anyone is interested. If we can get fifty orders, they works out at £18.79 per pair which seems a better option what is available currently. ...

Re: GTC Alternative Rear Lights

One thing I would say, change the screws you get with the unit to stainless (they surface corrode upon atmosphere) :D
The brackets I used where fabricated 2mm thick aluminium to sit over the original opening and fix to the new light unit, I shall post a pic if anyone is interested
