Exhaust & Manifold(s)

There is a pair of SE5 tubular manifolds on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Reliant-Scim ... SwdJ9aMqmX
Any idea if they'd fit an SE6? (I can do a reasonable amount of modding if necessary)

Front bumper spoiler?

I prefer the look of the later bumper but they’re easy to catch on kerbs etc :D Maybe an early bumper with a flexible plastic/rubber moulding would be possible? Could be. I'm envisaging a fairly deep chin spoiler somewhat like this one http://i1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc472/manfredvonheyda/img44...

Front bumper spoiler?

Thanks. I was wondering if the different colour indicated a much bigger bit missing.
Sounds like an SE6b bumper could be a good idea?

Front bumper spoiler?

My recent '79 acquisition doesn't look quite right at the front.
What am I missing & what options might there be?

Never attached a pic here before so here goes

Should be a pic of the inside of the steering column shroud, showing that the missing ignition lock is at a slight angle

Exhaust & Manifold(s)

My recently acquired '79 GTE has quite a few issues, but one of them is that the right hand exhaust system is missing from the manifold back. The left hand silencer is badly dented also. So although I'm probably getting ahead of myself I'm thinking about replacements. Having spent quite alot of time...

SE6 Ignition Switch / Lock?

Thanks for the further answers. Sounds like a picture of the shroud showing the angle and also column might be helpful. I shall sort that, shortly I do need a bridging piece as well as that is missing although I have the electrical part, which appears to work (everything apart from starter) by turni...

SE6 Ignition Switch / Lock?

Hi Corky delayed responses again.....
I did try to find a pic of a Metro one and the key appears to be 90degrees to the shaft, not at an angle. But then again the one I found may have been a later metro item
So if you are sure then, why not? I suppose I need to PM you?

SE6 Ignition Switch / Lock?

Hi chaps sorry to be slow to respond to your answers. To clarify, I have the electrical part. It's the mechanical part I need. I should be able to get the ignition on simply with a screwdriver Looking at the dash parts it seems fairly obvious that many of them are Triumph, as found in Dolomite, Stag...

SE6 Ignition Switch / Lock?

Hello I recently bought a 79 vintage SE6. At some point it has been recovered without a key and consquently has had its ignition switch drilled out.
So I need a new one. What is the best option here? Is it a ford or a leyland part by any chance?

Thanks. I no doubt be back for more!
