Brake ducts, brake ducts, brake ducts  They're within the regs (I think) and will help prevent fade at the high speed/heavy braking circuits (and on the road).

Re: Front tow point - SS1 Race Car

why not beef up the splitter and add a ring? Because of this: "By doing it this way, I can make the framework for the front splitter much lighter duty and quicker to remove. If I keep it attached to the framework somewhere, I will have to use much heavier gauge steel tube." So it'll be heavier and ...

Can't see a problem with that, should be at least as strong as the original piece. Chassis rigidity unlikely to be affected I would say.

Re: Front tow point - SS1 Race Car

Cant think whats in there off the top of my head, but can you not stick a flat blade type towing eye out of the top of the nose, bolted to the end of the chassis on the armature bolts. Would need some lateral support, incase its not always pulled on square. somthing like this: http://i56.tinypic.co...

Front tow point - SS1 Race Car

Guys, I've been thinking about how I can overcome a problem with the front tow point on the race car. This was always a temporary solution in my mind, I think if ...

It does look like you'll need a T-Piece and some more hose, send the seller a message and ask?

Re: Sabre Ti Sprint/Fast Road project

Treat it as two seperate tasks: 1. Fitting a boost guage 2. Fitting a boost control valve I would recommend using a ball-bearing style boost valve rather than a "bleed valve", as bleed valves are renowned for causing boost spikes, which over time (especially with no intercooler) can cause detonation...
