Side repeater indicator unit

Has anyone tried different indicators? I’m thinking of using the ones from a defender, the smoked lens ones.

Front bump stops

Hi all, just to say that a little helping hand from Brute Force got the little bleeders in!

Front bump stops

Hi Mark, I thought about it but there’s no enough room as the jubilee clip, even a thin one, would be in the way as the bit that goes in the chassis is only about a centimetre long. Philip, the bump stops are new and quite pliable but not soft. Looks like patience.....and a bit of heavy handed ness 😁

Front bump stops

These were coated in a similar substance, which came off when I dipped them in hot water.

Front bump stops

Definitely number 23, and it should fit into the coil spring turret on the chassis. Like I said, I’ve soaked the bump stop in hot (boiling) water to try to soften it but it hasn’t! It’s hollow up to the insert so I’ve put a long bar inside and jacked it up until the chassis lifts off the axle stands...

Front bump stops

Hi Peter, the chassis is bare, nothing on it at the moment. I’ve tried grease, WD40, silicon spray and trying to soften the rubber with hot water. The g clamp compresses the rubber but doesn’t push the bung through the hole! I have tried using a screw driver to ‘persuade’ it but it isn’t playing nic...

Front bump stops

Hi, has anyone found an easy way to put these on! I have a bare chassis and have tried to fit them, but they are evading capture. From soaking in boiling water to try to soften the rubber, wd40, grease, brute force, all I seem to do is lift the chassis off the axle stands or almost do myself an inju...

Plastic petrol pipe

Can someone direct me to a supplier who sells the above by the metre? I want to renew the old pipes on my SS1 but want to extend up into the engine bay and don’t know how much I need.
Cheers in advance.

Hi Mark, do you have any new adjustable rear shocks for the SS1? I have Spax on the front.
Cheers, Nigel.

Graham Walker Ltd

I couldn’t agree more, Graham is the best parts supplier that I’ve ever had dealings with. Always courteous, helpful and even telling me not to buy from them but to buy off a supplier on the internet as it would be a lot cheaper! He has a wicked sense of humour. Top bloke in my eyes unlike another s...
