Sabre Turbo racer: 'Light Sabre'

Few other bits done, rear ARB fitted but need to fit rosejoint droplinks. 12mm seems a bit of over kill so may weld nuts to bar and trailimg arms to drop to 10mm or even 8mm I’ve still got Battys rear ARB in the garage if that’s any use to you? I think I returned the drop links - but if not they’re...

Small ones gone, Nick K has expressed interest in larger, ex-Sabre, will see what he says and if not for him, its yours Phil :)
It’s a bigun! 2litre. Thanks for the measurements, but I’ll pass - over to Phil.

Fuel injection pumps?

Another vote for facet (red top in my case) feeding a 044 here. Don’t buy the eBay fake facets - they don’t last long! Another reason to go LP on the scavenge side to avoid unnecessarily heating the fuel from be it being pumped round at a rate of knots / under pressure. Not sure how real that risk i...

Sabre Turbo racer: 'Light Sabre'

I'm just having a sit in my SS1. My seat is angled outwards at the front to line up to the pedals as well is is possible. However, the pedals are biased to the right. I reckon the clutch pedal is about on the centre line. I wouldn't want to move the clutch over to the left very much though as there...

G130 YCF sprint car

Damn, hope you guys get some good luck soon!

Does sound stuck open, but two daft things to check - injector impedance, and the ECU (and battery + engine) earths. Have you got an injector specialist locally that can clean / check it?

Goodwood R8 9 May 2020

Entered! Now to put the car together.

Had an email saying there were limited slots left, so move fast if you want an entry.

No CM class listed but I put it in anyway (club classes are TBC).

As you're on Omex now (I assume?) have you tried Northampton which is where I think Nick K had his done? Yea - My 2018 map was done locally, but Northampton basically did a much better job in 2019 and are more than capable of starting from scratch. Darryl is right thought - you need to have it star...

Another Euro car parts offer

Good for some stuff, I tend to get engine oil etc for the racer from them - cheaper than anywhere else for branded stuff.

Bosch wiper blades for the wifes Seat Leon, £20 each on eBay/Amazon/Halfords etc, £10 each at ECP (in a sale, ofcourse...)

Those look like fuel injectors to me 8)
Substantial ones too - but 8? Doing both cars at the same time? :w
8no. 440cc injectors seems right to me, good for 500-600hp?

FS: Honda S2000

Asking price seems fair for a facelift S2000 in a desirable colour combo. I sold my pre-facelift for considerably more than the offer - albeit in Oct 2018 but prices seem stable.
