I have not been able to find a "3 litre" boot badge for the SE4a I'm restoring.
Think I may have one... but not 100% sure. Will have a look over the next couple of days.

Is the event open to the public? Tickets on the gate?

Interior Door Handles on a 5 ?

I had no reason to believe that 004 wasn't completely original in that particular area (one of the relatively few!) and the combination of handles/armrests shown are typical of all early cars as far as I have seen.

Funnily enough, Graham Walker has painted #004 in that colour and it's even better in the flesh 8)
Very pleased to hear that GW have returned 004 back to it's original colour! Would've been criminal not too, IMHO.

Sounds like it's restoration is coming on well :D

KJX935G The Re-Birth ! the re-fit.........

Another vote for no stripes! A superb looking, early car... I'd keep it as close to original personally.

Can't wait to see that colour on a 5 in the GRP 8)

NEC Classic Car Show - 9/11th November

Is it really £33 a ticket for the Friday????? They are starting to slay the golden goose as far as I am concerned. It is now far too expensive for me to bother. Last time I did go, three of us came away with food poisoning too. Well, I'm glad that it isn't just myself that baulks at paying ...

SE5 headlining offcuts...

Any chance this is similar? The tan version appears to have the corded look but you cannot tell from the black photo http://www.as-trim.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5_198_85&products_id=564 HM Thanks for the link HM; as you say, difficult to tell from the (black) photo so I think it...

Wire wheels every time for me on a Coupe of either engine flavour - finishes the car off perfectly.

Even though mine has minilites.....

SE5 headlining offcuts...

I am looking for a couple of offcuts to replace the fabric on the A posts of my 1971 SE5; it has it’s original black headlining and is of the ‘corded’ fabric type? I can't seem to find anything online that looks remotely similar (Woolies, Martrim etc) but really only looking for a couple of bits @15...
