Hi,

This WE great ride with my Scimitar: Bordeaux, Nantes, La Baule, Rennes, Avranches, Deauville Honfleur, Rouen then return to Bordeaux: 1600 kms in 4 days
No problem with the rocker arms: they did not go wrong
Only small problem I had to change the capacitor: 5 min lost

It's no longer possible to buy new nuts, so QRG sold me a set that they repaired/tightened. What a load of Cr@p !!!!!!!! :evil: I wish you had asked me first Eric, I could have saved you a lot of messing about. May I ask how much you paid for faulty nuts??. It's no longer possible to buy new nuts, so QRG sold me a set that they repaired/tightened.
Despite these new nuts my rocker arms get out of place or the installation of half nuts
I asked myself the question of replacing the studs of the rockers arms but I don't know if it's possible to do that

Eric I think you could try using a 3/8 unf nut on top of the correct Ford nut and use it to hold the tappet gaps.
I prefer half nuts, I don't like glue for the rocker arm
