Range Rover alloy wheel

Cheers Jim, Phil has messaged me. To be honest, Gloucster is probably easier to get to from here than Bristol (it could also mean I might get the chance to see the famous '8Ball').

Range Rover alloy wheel

I am after a set of 4 to fit some off-road biased tyres to for a bit of (sensible) greenlaning. I live on the edge of the Salisbury Plain so it would be a shame not to.
Though I think you may be a bit too far away to collect and would imagine a courier would be pricey.

Roll Cage Help Request

Hello folks, Could anyone with a full roll cage fitted to their SE5/5a please do me huge favour? Could you please take some photos of the mounting points within the car and from underneath? I am particularly interested to see the base of the front hoop. How does it locate to the chassis? Is an addit...

1971 SE5 - Rear Axle 7HA / 4HA

Hello folks, Could someone please confirm which axle I should have fitted to my '71 SE5? I believe it is supposed to be the 7HA, is this correct? How can I check? I believe that the 4HA was fitted after '72 to the SE5a, is this correct? I also believe that the 4HA is a stronger axle, is this also co...

In essence, the two are so close that you won't be dissapointed with either. :)

Tidworth Incident.....

There were a couple of events held thereat the odd weekend. I was working in the Hangar next to the 'paddock' area one weekend.
I heard that they were stopped due to the amount of FOD left behind after the event.

Tidworth Incident.....

Ah, up round by EFDC/NDT building? I've been at Boscombe on and off since 1991!

Scimitar is looking very smart by the way. The matt black bonnet doesn't look too bad either,

Tidworth Incident.....

Wish I'd seen this post earlier, you were in my neck of the woods (I work at Boscombe Down). Would have been nice to remind myself what a complete Scimitar is like.

Scimilar to our Scimitars, the intakes on that Scimitar cockpit are reproductions made of fibreglass! :)

Will an SE5A Srut Brace fit the SE5?

Clearance with the fixed lower cros-member isn't and issue. On the Jag V6 the water pump is external to the block and is mounted in front of the engine, it's even further forward than the accessories belt. The pump itself passes under the cross-member but the top pire connection points straight up a...

Will an SE5A Srut Brace fit the SE5?

Thanks for the quick reply. The tinwork bracket I would cut off. It is for clearance for the new engines front monted water pump. It would mean I wouldn't have to mount the engine quite so far back in the car giving a bit more space for the exhaust manifolds near the foot wells. I think it might be ...
