funny thing about this place

I'm not sure if there's a behind the scenes analytics function on the forum, Ian would know and poss Jim or Phil? Whether it gives simply numbers of unique posters or whether it would give times per month per poster I don't know I'd guess you are right though, about 300 regular (once or twice month ).

funny thing about this place

I'm a member of a number of car related forums and they all vary and yet all have similarities. I've registered on all I follow and yet some I only dip in and out a few times a year, others more regularly. I don't post anywhere near as much on here as I used to either. I've always considered differe...

ENGINE OIL

If the ss1 is a CVH I'd stick with mineral. I used semi synth on my cvh race car and it breqthed heavier and used oil. Went back to same viscosity castol GTX mineral, no oil blown into catch tank and zero oil usage :-) Interesting comment Craig. I am a bit confused though... why would two oils of t...

Would you consider this in your Scimitar?

The current BMW i3 city car is faster to 32mph than their M3! Instant torque in traffic would be fun :D

Would you consider this in your Scimitar?

A decent rebuild of an Essex is (should be...) 5k and in cars like an E Type an engine rebuild would be 15k so 10k conversion is sensible financially. They will run in all weather's no cold or hot start issues either. Only thing is the sound and the ability to leak oil and coolant on the garage floo...
