Put the centre bolt in Steve and it'll pull up, but you may need to slot the end holes to allow the lateral movement. I've had a couple of brand new ones from GW and I think it's the original moulding that's out relative to the bootlid profile.

Track Day Insurance

As Roger says many classic and specialist insurers can cover trackdays. Competitive motorsport on the other hand is different, no road car policy will cover that, but again you can get insured per event but it's hefty premium, usually in the £100s per event so 90% don't bother. I know a guy that was...

Hello from Hamburg

Welcome! Is the glass broken or will it not raise and lower? If glass broken a replacement should be easy to supply from someone on here, I may even have a spare depending on the colour shade of the tinting of the glass. If it wont raise and lower, may well be electrical and relatively easy to check...

Sabre Turbo racer: 'Light Sabre'

I can't take the credit, merely nicked the idea from Bigbobpilot whos used them on a few of his racers. Also means less to find clearance for around the bellhousing

SS1 1600 Spark Plugs

Always preferred NGK, but mainly due to performance in the turbos. 3k on champions in a stock Ti and the centre electrode was almost nonexistant, same on ngks +2 thou clearance and clean as a whistle and same price :-)

Only use ngks onbthe racers
