Well, being a forester, it was generally Transits, Escort or Maestro vans with Forestry Commission or latterly Landrovers with the Crown Estate. Sadly I never managed a Scimitar as a company vehicle, might not have been ideal for the terrain! :D Edit - you can just about make out the white paper tax...

I don't know if there is a register for Crown vehicles but I know they are genuine as I used to drive them and it was entertaining when challenged about the lack of a proper tax disc! :D
