GOL 535L Progress

Great news, look forward to seeing how you get on.

Just remember the wheel nuts are wolfrace, and the tyres are as old as the Ark.

SE6a Petrol cap

2008, not 2016 http://www.scimitarweb.co.uk/sgwrs/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1823&p=22302&hilit=Fuel+cap#p22302 Aye, that was when the TVR NOS caps put an end to it but he resurrected it in 2016 and passed the info to the Club. Same issue, tooling costs were too much for an individual to take the risk on.

SE6a Petrol cap

Way back in 2016 Mick G did a lot of legwork on this with a view to getting caps remanufactured but the tooling cost was beyond what he was prepared to fund on his own. I know he spoke to the Club about it and pased on all the details/contacts but nothing (so far as I am aware) developed from this w...

Irrespective of the point Matt makes about the Club register, a chassis number and registration number is not personal data and does not come under GDPR.

Only when the owner's details are provided does GDPR become relevant. Personal Data Definition

Broken Boffin

Really sorry to hear about this Tom but it can all be repaired. The car is such a good example that you are approaching this the right way, don't let it dent your enthusiasm for Boffin.

(And I do my nuts up to 90lb/ft but the Brooklands manual does say 40-45lb/ft)
