Has anyone tried different indicators?
I seem to remember Tony Idle has/had an SST(?) on which he had fitted some lozenge-shaped ones.

Starter motor removal

It's a few years since I had a 5a, but from memory: If the starter's spinning, but not engaging, I would assume that the little cog which should be meshing with the ring gear is stuck on its spiral, so you'll have to get the thing off to see, and if necessary clean that up (no oil!). Cable rating - domestic

If I were doing it, 4mm. You know your own usage patterns, but if I had that size of workshop I might even consider 6mm. May be considered over-engineering, but you could install it and forget it.

why hide the reg number and chassis number on the 'list of details' then add a photo of both
A web crawler could read the list details, but not the photos (Like a Captcha).
