Derusting damper mounting bracket

Bilt Hamber products generally are bloody good, I use their DEOX-C powder with hot water, amazing results very quickly, can re use till it goes black and works fine but slower as a cold solution

ANTI ROLL BAR MOUNTING BRACKET

I've always unbolted and removed the drop link to the roll bar then removed the bracket from damper mount plate on my 6B without any real issues

Ball vents ?

Which I think it a good thing, nice toasty (relatively we are talking se6 heating here) feet and cooling breeze to your face to keep you alert as it was in the past of course

I'm sorry but an insurance company would not agree IMHO

The correct speed rating must be fitted regardless of your intended speed
Beg to differ Steve, I've got T rated on my GTE, informed insurers, not a problem to them

Type 9 was fine in my similarly equiped 6b to be honest, though T9's getting bloody pricey these days, look at a 5 speed Mazda box and adaptor plate instead

Jacking points

I use under front tube and under axle when jacking up a GTE, good strong points and you only need to jack up twice but start at the front, have trouble getting jack under front if rears already been lifted plus car wont roll off when lifting front then rear of course
